Savitribai Phule Scholarship Scheme

Details

To reduce dropout rate of backward class students(Girls) (SC/ST/VIJAP) studying in grades 5 to 7 and grades 8 to 10 Savitribai Phule Scholarship Scheme was started as per the Government Decision of the Social Justice Department dated 12 January 1996 and 25th July 2003.

1. The student should be from a Scheduled Caste.
2. The attendance of the students should be more than 75 percent.
3. There is no income condition for this scholarship.
4. Applications of students through the school should be submitted online on the government’s MahaDBT portal.

Beneficiary:

As per The scholarship per month Rs. 60/- is given to Students studing in grades5 to 7 for a total of 10 months. Also , in classes 8th to 10th Students studying every month Scholarship of Rs. 100/- is given for a total of 10 months.
