Ramai Aawas Yojana

Details:

In order to improve the living standards of Scheduled Caste Neo-Buddhist families and solve their housing problem, the Ramai Awas Gharkul Yojana has been running since 2009-10 to construct a 269 square feet pucca house on their own land in rural areas. The implementation of this scheme is done through the District Rural Development Agency for rural areas.

Terms:

Rs. 1.20 lakh Rs. Provision of funds.

1. Beneficiary should belong to Scheduled Castes and Neo-Buddhists of Maharashtra State.
2. Beneficiary should have resided in Maharashtra State for at least 15 years.
3. Beneficiary should be homeless or have no fixed house.
4. The annual income limit of the beneficiary family should be less than 1,20,000/-.
